      The potential for growth is phenomenal. If you display a good work ethic and make sound decisions, you are given the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy. The "team" like atmosphere at BCT provides the experience of having your input valued.

      Cons

      The rapid growth rate of the company can feel a bit taxing at times.....not necessarily a bad thing.
