      Pros

      You sometimes get a free lunch when Carl is in a good mood.

      Cons

      Not sure there is enough room to type this all out. Forced pay cuts, upper management has zero growth plan, bad attitudes throughout the organization, long hours that may get you a free lunch, just not a wise decision of mine to have take this position.

      Pros

      Company values the "Human" aspect of employees. Management is humble and has a great attitude. Have not seen any employee being belittled. Management is caring and friendly. You can express your genuine concerns freely. My manager leaves me alone to do my work (does not micro manage). This helps me focus on what I need to do. I have been with the company for three months, and I have yet to see something counterproductive 'cos management doesn't care about the employees below.

      Pros

      There is plenty of room for advancement and the salaries are decent. The work is interesting as well and offers plenty of chances to go into the field to review projects and meet customers.

      Cons

      Work life balance is nonexistent. The Engineering Dept is currently expected to work a minimum of 52 hours and has been doing so for 3 months with no sign of slowing down. Management seems to ignore the suggestions of engineering as well and certain managers do not accept criticism well. There is a tendency to make changes throughout an entire product line without realizing whether it works or not. Reactive culture, not proactive.
