BCT is a trailblazing company that stands on a great foundation of principles and ethics with an exceptional working environment. Everyone believes in the company's future prospects and work hard towards the common goal of being the best in the industry.

Cons

Can be a pro or a con: BCT is growing extremely quick, so if you cannot work under fast-paced conditions and adapt at a moments notice, then this might not be the right company for you.

Pros

Best in the Shot-Blast industry! 100% made in the USA, the company is expanding and growing each year! A great culture that stems from a fantastic CEO who is present on property! There are high expectations for work quality with a fast-paced nature but there is a supportive leadership team who will help you succeed! Best Company I have ever worked for! VALUES mean everything to BCT, they aren't just a poster on the wall as you see at so many companies!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment - so that's not for everyone. Must be open to change and new ideas! Also, if you are someone who says 'That's not my job' - this company is not for you.

Great People Low Pay Long Hours

Pros

It is a great place to get experience with entry level pay on large weldments using Solidworks. It is a pretty easy going atmosphere. The company is very proud to do right for their customers and make it right. Things aren't usually just rushed out the door, but design reviews catch issues before completion

Cons

Pay is below average and while the company is doing well, The profits are reinvested in expanding. There is up to 10% "Gainsharing" but it never comes close because of the reinvestment. There is a minimum of 45 hours per week and that is not enough to get the job done. Excluding group leads Designers do the same exact job as Engineers are paid salary except they are paid less because they lack a Bachelors degree.
