Pros
The people in the organization from the top to bottom are amazing people. You develop a lot of lasting relationships. Getting hired after graduating college, it gave me an opportunity to travel the United States. You always know where you stand professionally in the company because of the candid reviews you get quarterly. The ability to grow professionally is almost limitless if you are willing to put in the time and effort.
Cons
As you develop and progress your title through the company, most positions after site manager requires you to move within 30 miles of the corporate office. It is a sacrifice worth making.
