I've been with Blend for almost 2 years and can honestly say it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The benefits, flexibility and culture is amazing. We have lots of fun in person events, holiday parties, volunteer events, happy hours, etc. While we work on a hybrid schedule they let me chose which days I want to come in and if you're sick, busy, or the weather stinks they're very flexible on those days. The people are wonderful, friendly, understanding, smart and really hard workers. The office is beautiful and up to date and I feel very well compensated between regular pay and commissions.

Cons

There's a lot of things behind the scenes that you're not involved with or spoken to about. Obviously these are a lot of upper management choices so why would I be. But it's not until the aftershock/effects come where you realize it would've been nice to be somewhat kept in the loop on how the company is doing overall, what direction we are going, what needs to change, etc. As a recruiter some of our clients really aren't the greatest, there tends to be a lot of miscommunication and at times too many cooks in the kitchen.

Additionally, there are various enjoyable aspects such as engaging activities, monthly celebrations, and much more.

Cons

In my time with the company, I honestly can't think of any cons. The positive aspects of working here truly stand out. The learning opportunities, supportive environment, and enjoyable activities make it an exceptional place to work. I've been consistently impressed by the company's commitment to its employees' growth and well-being.

- It can be challenging to know you are on the right track with the project - Structure can be challenging (Knowing who to go to for certain approvals, etc) - Getting project kinks worked out -- to ensure they run smoothly.
