Blend360 is really well placed in the market, seen as a leader by Forrester which is awesome. There is a strong demand in the market for our services and huge potential, the business is growing really rapidly providing a lot of potential for employees as well as the business.

Cons

Rapidly growing teams, with rapidly evolving propositions, supporting clients across different time zones can be demanding and is not for everyone!

Pros

The people are amazing. Some of the smartest people I've ever met - visionaries in the tech space. There are opportunities available to advance and change divisions / teams. The level of support from managers, directors & executives is exceptional.

Cons

Blend was not unlike many of our competitors & clients this year - we were affected by the current climate. But we got through it with minimal loss and things have begun to turn around. Our restructure & rebranding will help take us into 2024 strong.
