- Very collaborative culture with great coworkers - There is a lot of respect for your personal time and I love the work-life balance. - Transparent from top to bottom - Company takes your contribution seriously and has great appreciation mechanism

Cons

I can't think of any!! Everything seems to be awesome. It's a fun mid-sized company :)
