      Growth Mindset - Conducive to upskilling

      Pros

      The company provides a very conducive environment for growth coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit. The company is also very nimble and gives its employees one of the best industry exposures in the market when comparing with roles in consulting.

      Good Company Trying to Consistently Improve

      Pros

      They care about keeping their consultants happy. They consistently survey us and have made improvements (like adding paid time off as a benefit) as a result of consultants’ feedback.

      Cons

      It’s not like a traditional large-scale management consulting company like McKinsey or Bain where you feel like you work for that company. I have more of a connection with my clients than with Blend, but that’s not really a bad thing because I’ve worked with my client for a long time.
