      Pros

      Very interesting projects: Foundations, educational entities, government agencies. Management avoids a culture of working off-hours, supports work-life balance and taking your vacation time. I feel supported by the team in working with clients. Ability to work from home/remotely.

      Cons

      With time-sensitive projects, schedules can get crunched.

      Pros

      - Amazing coworkers - Family-like atmosphere - Great and frequent team events (outings, karaoke, beer brewing, birthdays, etc.) - Real good coffee - Good location, quiet office, close to good bars, restaurants, and transportation - You get to work with clients on really cool missions - Transparency

      Cons

      - The clients dictate the tempo of work and while the PMs do a lot to buffer this, things get a bit hairy sometimes - Some may find the work not challenging enough

      Great talented team, located at a nice neighborhood, flexible vacation time.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. I would only say that some projects we developed are not necessarily super exciting. But that's the reality on all interactive agencies / studios.
