      OK place for junior level employees

      Pros

      Nice people, decent culture and some interesting projects. Good growth opportunity for junior level employees.

      Cons

      Absent CEO who seems to be unavailable at all times, and no formal HR department. Company doesn't have standards for accepting clients, and so many bad projects are taken on. Client base is very typical and you end up working on the same brochureware websites over and over.

      Pros

      The atmosphere and culture is amazing, everyone is extremely talented and inspiring, senior management is very supportive, intelligent, and goal oriented.

      Cons

      Hours are a bit odd (9:30am-6:30pm) however in the agency world this isn't rare. I personally would prefer an earlier start to the day.
