-Pay is adequate. -Benefits are fantastic. -Main hospital has an excellent cafeteria.

Cons

-Environment is rife with favoritism. -Rules are established and then unenforced on certain individuals. -HR is less than efficient with responses. -"Too many chiefs, not enough Indians"

They only care about money.

Pros

There were a hand full of amazing workers that cared about patients, and provided excellent care.

Cons

They not only look over neglect when you report it, but they will terminate you in order to save their butt from being fired themselves. They will retaliate against you, and if you are not over your 6 month mark they will not follow the ICARE policy, and you can not file a grievance. I have had two people that were in charge of me not only discriminate me against my disability, but when I reported neglect being performed on the floors multiple times nothing was done.
