      Great work atmosphere in the office.

      Cons

      Seems like the higher ups only see us as live stock to drive their company. Company has no compassion or sympathy for its employees. No employee appreciation only increased work loads with no reward. Seems to be no room for growth or advancement. If you are looking for stressful work environment where you feel like you are relearning your job everyday. This is the place for you. And no work from home.

      Cons

      Some of the leads lacked integrity and P&C didn’t do much to deter this behavior. They are borderline sadistic, and this toxic and slandering culture is highly contagious. I’ve witnessed good employees turned mediocre and lazy. Managers have extra time to plan and retaliate against their subordinates.
