welcoming, friendly people, snack stipend, frequent office events (free pizza, ice cream, etc), positive environment, casual dress code, helpful people, get to help patients, feel heard when giving feedback, multiple scheduling options, seems to be lots of growth options after 6 months, company is growing

Cons

starting pay is a little low, some teams not as collaborative as others, leads can be unresponsive, requesting time off is a hassle

Great company with smart leaders that know what they are doing for the long-term success of the company

Cons

Company is not for everyone. Blink is operationally tight which most people in tech are not used to. You'll get the best in class of what you need, but if you just want it and it is significant cost you are not getting it.
