      Pros

      Company has made a lot of new hires in recent months, including senior and leadership positions. This is a good experienced team from the industry that is now influencing the company in a positive, upward direction. Good place to learn and grow, if you are looking to improve your skills and pick up new ones from peers and leaders. Plenty of opportunities to show individual leadership as well. Company and team culture significantly improving. This is definitely a company with long-term vision.

      Cons

      Extremely high accountability now for deliverables and timelines than before with individuals and teams having clear product/process ownership. This place will not be a fit if you’re looking for an easy sailing role.

      Pros

      Lots of experienced hires have joined us recently. They are beginning to reset our culture. Most of it is good, and we needed help anyways. I am excited for how much I can learn about platformy stuff. Contributed to some long pending rfcs, and it feels good.

      Cons

      I wish I knew about the changes coming over our way. It seems like we discover something new every other week. Usually it’s positive, but not always
