Sceptical at first but big fan of the new leadership
Pros
There is strong new leadership starting with the chief operating officer and the CTO Meaningful work helping patients save money Very interesting technology stack that we are building so lots of learning and remote work surprisingly has been fun for most of us The HR team has done a great job in the last few months on openness transparency Gallup and hiring has always been top notch from the beginning The founders have more or less stepped aside allowed this company to blossom
Cons
Constant business model changes is common in startups but so is communicating that and this is the hallmark of great startups which was not being done well at all in this place I was ready to leave but decided to stay after the new leadership came into place communication is way better but long ways to go
