      Pros

      Collaborative company that takes the time to hear your input. Ideas are always welcome. All departments work together to improve aspects of the company. I enjoy working here very much, I always feel valued, respected, and appreciated.

      Cons

      Some departments can be even more integrated.

      Major Changes Needed

      Pros

      • Great Snacks • Very good lunches • Flexible Schedules • Pure mission

      Cons

      • Very low pay (although I'm told this has been corrected in the past few months) • No ability to negotiate salary or a raise • No communication between product and the Cx Department • No PTO/ only given paid sick time after New York City made it a law in early 2017 • No career progression - the company seems content with a very high turnover rate My one caveat here is that I last worked at Blink in 2017, and I understand some things may have changed. Regardless I do not recommend working at a company that treats its employees in such an expendable way.

      Blink Health is more than a typical NYC startup

      Pros

      There's a cool energy that you sense when you're in the Blink HQ office in NY that isn't present in every company. This is not your typical NY start-up which thrives off of a hot brand-agency that buys too many subway ads. There is a passion for solving a massive, national, problem which keeps teams focused and energized. When you combine the intelligence and creativity of teams here, with the passion of trying to help people that are in need, you end up with a pretty unique and positive work culture.

      Cons

      Things can change, quickly. That's the culture of any start-up, but in healthcare that becomes magnified.
