Pros

The people themselves are great, the location (so long as you're on a dev team) is pretty good with semi-custom spaces, gym, food, etc.

Cons

Complete lack of accountability the higher one goes; there's exceptions and they end up carrying the entire organization across the board. Support teams are still an after thought; even QA (which is one of the better in the gaming industry) is more like a step child, Customer Support may be closer to a foster child that no one really wants around.

Pros

I interned here in 2011. I learned a lot about the industry and had a blast trying out all kinds of things. I was treated like an experienced game industry professional, despite being 23 and this being my first real full-time gig. Everyone was friendly and concerned about my professional growth as an intern.

Cons

I can't think of any at the moment.

Free games and free subscriptions. Employees enthusiastic about the company's products. Industry leader.

Cons

No real chances of mobility between departments. Developer-centric culture at the expense of everyone else. Over-reliance on perks as compensation.
