Pros

It felt like a big family, all trying to help. Multicultural and very open minded.

Cons

The lack of communication between departments and the separation between offices. Also the huge obsession with leaks and confidentiality.

Pros

Everyone cares about the company's games. There are a lot of people from all sorts of backgrounds and fields that have ended up at Blizzard because they love the games and they love the brand. If you are a game developer, or have a technical skill related to game design/making, Blizzard is a great company for you.

Cons

Everyone cares about the company's games, but in many cases, other processes, functions, become secondary. If you are in a more business-type role, Blizzard may/may not be the best company for you.
