Pros

You will get annual review for compensation by the higher-ups. Bonuses vending every 6-months depends on the profit of the company has. Generous amount of annual leave provided compared to other local companies. No end-year bonuses though.

Cons

Over the past two years, the company has locked the headcount for promotions, which could be somehow frustrating for colleagues who expected more from the company. The locking of the title may also lock the glass ceiling of the position. It's a bit uncomfortable that the management kept asking us not to share our salary and compensation information among our colleagues and this is not a violation of local law anyway.
