Pros

- A fantastic environment to work in where the staff are really made to feel valued - As a member of the team, you're completely trusted to get your work done and enjoy the freedom of the internet at the same time - Everything is customer focused and you're given the ability to be as amazing at customer service as you're capable of being - Management, even higher up the chain, are approachable and always willing to help - A position at Blizzard wasn't just like a normal career, you had your role with the company in which you had to fulfill your targets (which were quite high, especially when it came to customer service) but also, they really did their best to make work fun.

Cons

- As far as I'm concerned, there were no cons working for Blizzard Entertainment. It was truly a fantastic place.
