Pros

- Good salary and developing program in time. - Amazing gaming and Blizzard atmosphere on all levels. - Good and friendly people, amazing initial training before the go. - Benefits like pension plans, med insurance, and bonuses. - Free Gym and discounted food in the canteen. - A lot of Blizzard/gaming styled recognitions.

Cons

- Activision (head company) has too big impact on the operations in Blizzard, as a result, there are too many changes in the structure and organization. - A lot of soft redundancy for the past two years, not really feel safe on the position you are working on.
