Pros

The atmosphere in the company in one of the best I seen,. Great benefits, at lest compared to other companies.

Cons

High levels of secrecy interfering with communications. Fairly high staff turnover causes moderate disruption. Quality of work required is higher than at competitors.

Pros

Blizzard is the industry leader when it comes to AAA titles. If you're the best of the best, Blizzard wants you!

Cons

Due to the high number of media leaks, we take secrecy very seriously. We're no where near as bad as Apple. But sometimes the wall of silence interferes with cross team communications.
