Pros

Great place to work in. Good company perks, nice work enviroment. Colleages are usually very helpful and understanding.

Cons

There are fewer promotions as lenguaje teams are not flexible enough so the employees that are located in a tiny languaje group have fewer options to get a promotion than the ones located in the english or german teams.

Cons

Company is becoming heavy and difficult to navigate. As it grows, politics get in the way of what really matters as everywhere.
