Pros

It is a great company to work for. Great enviroment, lots of stuff to learn. Custom tools to work with, several departments if promoted... Canteen, small gym, not bad location. (Close to a supermarket) Parking nearby, free. Geeky enviroment, great collagues.

Cons

It is turning into a call center, cold and less personal. Managers lacks some motivation skills. The area is not the best of the town. Salary can be a bit better and bonuses can definitely improve. (As it use to be a few years ago.)

Pros

Fairly relaxed work environment when compared with similar activities in other companies. Above average benefits. Still maintain a (vanishing) level of identity.

Cons

Internal policies often restrain the possibility of progression. Incentives to above average performers should be increased.
