Site: Europe, Ireland: Great Team Spirit, Proud Employees, Good Process Management, Good Pay, Modern Office Equipment, Play Games during your Break, Great Core Values, Good Benefits (free language courses, virtual training), Great Teambuilding Events, Everyone is approachable

Cons

Site: Europe, Ireland: Working in rotating Shifts (Nightshift, Eveningshift, working saturdays/sundays), climbing the career ladder can take quite some time (fixed timeframes in which you can not climb up another step), no home office, sometimes stressful
