Pros

The company really takes care of you

Cons

When the company had an internal restructure many things changed and some of the "blizzard spirit" was lost, at least in the european departments.

Pros

Supports their employees. Strong community Great potential

Cons

Nepotistic. Values seniority over anything. Growing pains. Dedicated to the product over all else (not really bad, but interferes with operations at times).

Pros

Positive working environment, possibilities to grow within the business and friendly. Competitive and collaborative. It's a great place to work despite having to move to another country.

Cons

Business needs and company changes are helping to lose the feeling you have at the beginning being in an epic place. As more the company grows it's losing its best tool, people wanting to work for this company to just work in it to get a salary.
