Thank you for your thoughtful review. We believe that teamwork is not only a competitive advantage but makes work way more enjoyable for everyone. As you mention, we do strive to be a team where open dialogue is welcome, curiosity is at the forefront and and we lean into healthy conflict, and ultimately. As it relates to the family business side, there's hardly a day that goes by that I don't ask myself if I'm the right person to lead the organization in this season. While the answer to these sorts of questions is never crystal clear, it is a great motivator to keep growing into the leader that Block Imaging both needs and deserves.
