Pros

Block knows how to see the value in the people they hire and build their team based on skill and culture. This creates a great team of people dedicated to doing well and growing.

Cons

Block puts a lot of trust in their employees and allows them to take risks. This can be stressful if the employee does not know they can ask for help

The Company has a strong vision and values. Decisions, small and large, are made using those values. We are highly encouraged to reach across the organization for advice so that we can make the best overall decision.

Cons

As the organization grows, it becomes easier to slip into the shadows in your role or department.
