      Low pay/long hours. I also didn’t really like how forceful they were with bonding with your team.

Our customers around the world and in 24/7 imaging departments certainly do have a high expectation for our parts and service teams! While we do our best to establish roles where the workload is sustainable and properly compensated, there are roles and seasons where we miss the mark. Regarding the feeling of pressure to bond with the team – while we are passionate about teamwork, our desire is that this would not only be strategic but desirable!       Pros

      A positive environment where managers actually care about their employees' professional development and personal life. Excellent work gains recognition. Opportunities for growth and promotion.

      Cons

      There could be real ups and downs in work pace; times of a relaxed pace followed by periods of intense demands. However this is not unusual for a sales-driven business.

      Terrific Culture

      Pros

      I have loved working at Block Imaging for the last several years. It is a very encouraging environment. The team is very close knit and more of a family than that of a traditional company. Great place to take on new challenges and problem solving. Excellent management who really care about their staff.

      Cons

      The work that is done can be very challenging. The company goes in a lot of different directions and has high expectations.
