Thank so much. It pleases me to no end to hear that you've experienced a high trust and low (even ZERO) micromanaging model. Compensation is a big deal and we're consistently discussing ways to increase performance and in turn create opportunities for the team to grow capabilities and compensation as well. Appreciate you taking the time to share. Josh Block

Pros

Culture - Many companies claim to have their team members' interests at heart. At Block Imaging, they walk the walk. Work-Life Balance - Management strives to ensure a sustainable work life balance is achieved, ensuring a lower rate of turnover than many organizations are able to achieve. Management - Very fair and open to ideas for improvement. Transparently communicate the organizational goals and set out a road-map for achieving them. Internal Growth - Prioritizes internal promotion of team members and encourages both personal and professional growth. Community Minded - Frequently accentuates the importance of giving back to one's community in meaningful ways. Provides specific PTO for such endeavors and encourages team members to find ways to be active in their community.

Cons

The At Scale Dilemma - Block Imaging has grown quickly due to the strong leadership of Josh Block and Jason Crawford. This has led to what is referred to as the "At Scale Dilemma" where the success and growth led to development of systems and processes so quickly that governance was not implemented to effectively ensure scalability was as smooth as it could have been. This is a challenge currently being addressed.

Thanks so much for sharing. Appreciate both the positives as well as the concerns. You are exactly right! As we prepare to turn 25 and continue to expand, it's important that we retain some of the tendencies that have led us to this point and also mature in the way we develop systems and process to help create efficiency and improve the way we serve the healthcare community. I'm excited about the way our Salesforce team is leading the charge in this area and certain it will impact so much of what we do in response to the scale dilemma that you reference. Thanks again for your feedback and investment in Block Imaging's success! Respectfully, Josh Block
