      Low pay/long hours. I also didn’t really like how forceful they were with bonding with your team.

Our customers around the world and in 24/7 imaging departments certainly do have a high expectation for our parts and service teams! While we do our best to establish roles where the workload is sustainable and properly compensated, there are roles and seasons where we miss the mark. Regarding the feeling of pressure to bond with the team – while we are passionate about teamwork, our desire is that this would not only be strategic but desirable! We really do believe that we’re better and stronger together. Thank you for your service and for the candid feedback.       Pros

      -Very healthy environment -Supportive -Encapsulates the rue meaning of "team work" -Very transparent

      Cons

      While I don't view this as a con, it should be noted that if you are coming from a very traditional work culture, it might take some time adjusting to the culture at Block. The job I had before working at Block as very formal and traditional and because of that it was hard at first to get use to the laid back atmosphere at Block. After a couple of days however, I found it to be a breath of fresh air.

      Pros

      Young Staff with Lot's of drive and excitement. Great culture and work environment. High Level of community involvement. Great growth potential both collectively and personally.

      Cons

      Upward movement is somewhat limited but opportunities do exist.
