Remote workforce, good pay and benefits.

Cons

Leadership live in a bubble and very toxic. They have no long terms strategies and constantly changing direction. No empathy and layoffs are constant. Culture is toxic and has employees working against one another. Revolving door - Subconscious bais at the top levels and very limited diversity. Hispanic Black and Eastern Asian not represented at top levels. Hunger games environment where leadership live in the capital and work the sectors long hours without any appreciation.

Chill, nice people. Internal mobility always an option. Fully remote

Cons

Leadership is weak / Peter Principle in action. I don't know what i can say without revealing too much, but basically when I look at them, I don't think they are smart or eloquent. Everything is very 'vibes' based, which I struggle with
