Coworkers are the best I've ever worked with in big tech Pay is decent depending on stock price when you join Hours are reasonable for the most part

Cons

Reorg every month it seems like Layoffs always feel around the corner Zero consistent direction from 'leadership.' Acquisitions don't get integrated with the rest of the company, pet projects never mature, very little focus on our core offerings which are being out-competed by new entrants, and a general feeling that everyone's kind of just here collecting a check until it all blows up.

I had very kind and smart coworkers who I learned a lot from.

Cons

My manager made me dread my job every day. I felt set up for failure, and there was no remediation for my manager's documented incompetence. Canadian salary was insanely low -- they paid me less in CAD than USD equivalent for same tier city.
