      good benefits, incredible over all company, Square's mission keeps me here

      Cons

      Sales org leadership is awful. Does not care about well being of employees. Quota is extremely hard to reach. Little support to help you do so especially as a new AE

      -Decent money -Somewhat stable -A few nice perks

      Cons

      -No growth outside of support roles -locked into CCO / CS -Archaic tooling -No real voice to make changes -Hyper growth ambiguity on steroids like no other company I've worked for
