Hard to think of them, but if I had to choose it would be the occasional inconvenience. Insurance is a little on the high end.

Pros

Customer service growth and experience were definite pros of the job. Bonds between coworkers were very apparent.

Cons

The environment was not up to professional standards as some clients were very rude and sometimes felt like I was being harassed. Was expected to work odd hours and deal with situations that wasn't discussed in initial interview.

Cons

Working outside in the rain, snow and extreme heat, but that is the nature of the job, being outside instead of a warehouse.
