      Micromanagement and unclear expectations

      No pros, there is pizza on fridays

      Cons

      - No onboarding, - Unclear if you have to follow American holidays for days off or Slovenian ones - Extreme micromanagement by CEO with bad temper - Weird relationship with American office - Everyone is being monitored through cameras by the CEO - No knowledge transfer through the company, if you need anything find it and be careful who you ask -

      The CEO is a huge bully who does not respect his employees. People are crying because of his verbal offences which are almost every day at every meeting
