      Pros

      - the product is great and has good future - the ceo is not someone who will show up at office in a nice car, but is the person who works the most and invests all the profit in the further development of product - the office assistant is very nice and always in good mood as well the team is great - very good place to learn lots of oportunities - free coffe, tea, snacks, teambuildings, you do not just work there but you are a part of the team and the relations are human so you do never feel like its just a job that you can not wait to get home from - there is no over hours - only if emergency and that is very rare - very woman, gay, trans equal work environment - no discrimination what so ever, if you work good you are treated very good

      Cons

      would not recommend for people who are lazy and are looking for a job where they can just sit on the chair and look at the ceiling all day
