Pros

- Impactful mission that is helping cancer patients and their families now - Remote work with opportunities to engage volunteers, fundraisers, donors and patients in person - Excellent total rewards program that is industry leading. LLS truly values its employees with opportunities for personal growth, time off, and wellness - Ability to impact patients across the U.S. and not just within the market you live - a very impactful national non-profit with unlimited potential for future growth to reach patients, donors and volunteers - Dare to Dream / PedAL and Beat AML clinical trials are a game changer for cancer research, treatments and cures - Employees have a voice through management, Employee Resource Groups and annual employee opinion surveys. New Executive Leadership Team is listening!

Cons

- Remote work does come with challenges in managing time to balance administrative work, travel to meet with constituents in sometimes large geographies, and time for career growth and training activities. - Change can be slow just from the nature of being a larger national non-profit.
