Pros

A noble mission.....on paper. If they had leadership that actually believed in it rather than just raising more money.

Cons

Agree with some of the other comments, it is a mismanaged, bullying environment in which employees are treated poorly, dismissed abruptly without justification or explanation and managed by a fear-induced quota system. It is the poster child for the non-profit more interested in the revenue than the cause. Stay away.

Pros

Fun coworkers, a great mission, and working with an inspiring group of volunteers and honorees on a daily basis.

Cons

Not many opportunities to advance your career, work schedules often conflicted with work/life balance (working nights and weekends), and a high-turnover rate.

Pros

Most of the staff has a personal passion and commitment to the betterment of the organization. Donors are not seen as donors, they are volunteers, and soon become friends.

Cons

There was minimal time to improve processes because time is so limited as it to support multiple campaigns.
