Passionate but lacking support

Pros

Everyone is very passionate about the cause!

Cons

Not enough support for remote workers (they try but just mostly talk, not enough action) and they refuse to hire an assistant for those that work alone in remote areas though the OT is usually 200 hours per year; The Canadian society needs to get more organized and connected to each other across provinces. None of the tech equipment they provide works and alays tech issues with online systems.
