Pros

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is a very open, transparent operation, from what I could see. Employees at all levels make themselves available for suggestions. Accordingly, opportunities to move upwards are there for those looking for them.

Cons

If you are not specifically interested in the mission of LLS, the job can be less than satisfying. It can feel like just another job in fundraising.
