Pros

There are a lot of people who are passionate about the mission.

Cons

The difference between admin staff and regional staff are countless. Admin have no idea what the needs are at lower levels and you can't tell them any different. They tell you to use these resources to do your job, but they are completely irrelevant. A lot of people end up working here because the mission is personal to them and it feels like that is reason they can get away with lower than average pay for the workload.

Pros

Health insurance, remote work, good mission.

Cons

Unrealistic goals from senior management. Constantly changing strategies by leadership that don't seem to make improvements towards goals leadership sets. Consistent trickles of layoffs (of long tenured and respected employees too). "Sinking ship" vibes.

Pros

Wonderful colleagues and a worthy mission

Cons

Leadership is reactive to trends and is constantly rolling out new priorities and strategies that are too late to have an impact
