Pros

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is a great company to work for when it comes to the cause. what your goal is, and helping to fight against blood cancers.

Cons

What I did not like about working at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society was how uncomfortable and clicky the environment was. Some of the women were unkind, although some were not. It wasn't a warm environment. The woman who ran the walk in Essex County a few years ago was extremely rude and unpleasant. Some of the people who worked here are unprofessional.

Pros

-great volunteers -they compensate you well for a non-profit -great mission -the money we raise actually goes to the cause, and more than 80%. Low overhead cost.

Cons

-bad work-life balance -they spread employees thin -a lot of nights and weekends.
