Bloom is filled with great leaders and brilliant people. There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the organization and room for lateral movement.

Cons

No 401k match. Compensation could be better. SOFC as legitimate alternative energy source seems far out.

Cons

very hot in summer very unfair , they will hire direct hires with no experience , but won’t convert the people from the temp companies who know all the stations. very long hours

Descent pay and benefits. Solid mission and product.

Cons

Worrisome level of communication between the company and the plant workers. Matter of fact, NO communication at all. No 401k match. No paid sick days for a physically demanding job.
