Some smart dedicated employees, decent pay.

Cons

The CEO has too much control over everything. He even controls shareholder votes by irrevocable proxy, so he can not be held accountable.

Good pay but very draining work enviourment

Pros

Money 10hr shifts for 4 days and have Friday to sat off. Diverse work crew Work long and hard enough and you might get promoted, up to 3 levels above within 1-3 years.

Cons

Only one shift. No flexibility. Managers don't do much but micro manage certain people. 1 week worth of PTO per year and you're most likely going to use it on the 2 week company break during Christmas. No sick days Overall really boring.
