The internship was great and solidified for me that this is job is really a structured learning environment that empowers employees to up skill and never stop improving.

Cons

Base pay is not very competitive for roles in adjacent fields such as investment banking, consulting, etc. You come to realize, though, that this is because you work fewer hours in this role. There is a strict 9-5pm culture that discourages overtime and emphasizes work/life balance.
