Pros

The people here are incredible. Never have I worked with such kind people. However the work can be tedious running errands for wall street.

Cons

It is difficult to deal with clients in the global financial industry day in and day out. There are good people out there, but equally crazy traders and portfolio managers who may treat you more like an assistant than a consultant.
