      Brand, pay, benefits, philanthropy work

      Cons

      Micromanagement, constant backstabbing, no room for creativity, no place to speak up for POC and if you do, no one hears/acknowledges you; HR team doesn't practice what they preach to the rest of the company, POC are undermined and undervalued, skills are not utilized because you're already undermined, favorites get to work on the better projects and receive better support/resources.

      funky building design is easy on the eyes. Free Food.

      Cons

      Expect to work yourself to death while looking at the skittles-colored terminal at 1AM on saturday morning with client on the phone. No one is working TOGETHER but just tries to keep up with their ticket queue. No work life balance or opportunity to move up. What you are hired to do will be the only thing you'll see there. Everything is compartmentalized.
