Great team & fantastic company

Pros

The Implementation team is incredible! A fun, hardworking and intelligent group that do an excellent job but are not well recognized by the company. Bloomerang is also an understanding company with a remote option for work.

Cons

Unfortunately the work load gets heavy once you kick start with 20+ customers at a time. The only real issue are difficult customers that are incredibly taxing.

Cons

frequent changes, sales department is prioritized for raises

Pros

Bloomerang is overall a very supportive environment. The Conversions PM team is especially that!

Cons

The quick and sudden growth and change in the first half of 2021 has been a little frustrating. Leadership does their best to communicate openly, but sometimes the timing is just too off to be helpful!
