- It’s a good ole boys’ club with a lot of traditional mindsets - The pay is terrible. It’s a private, for-profit company that pays like a non-profit. You also don’t know your pay until you get the offer, which is very backwards - You can advocate for yourself as much as possible but there’s a “do it yourself” mindset, and then you’re eventually told to work harder or else you’ll be fired - The company-wide meetings are terrible. They used to be fun but since the investment they received they leadership cares only about money. They don’t care about employees—if they did they would pay better and have better benefits - The diversity is sorely lacking. There’s a diversity committee and 90% of the make-up is white

I worked really hard at this job. This startup had a $10M revenue in 2020 and team culture was somewhat amenable. Living lean as a humble team. After taking on growth investors and purchasing Kindful, the company culture has tanked and the new Kindful leadership import are not so kind.
